The Malayan Communist Party (PKM) is a political party in the Federation of Malaya and Malaysia. The Malayan Communist Party was founded in 1930 and laid down its arm in 1989. It is most known for its role in the Malayan Emergency (Darurat). Many Chinese Malayan join The Malayan Communist in World World II and fought a guerrilla war against the Japanese.
